Lucinda Marshall
Lucinda Marshall is a self-taught quilt artist. Her quilts are constructed using both improvisational piecing and quilting, often using a technique she has developed called Modular Improv Quilting. Her quilts have been published in Uppercase, Quiltfolk, and Curated Quilts, and have shown at Artists and Makers where her work was part of the Women Artists of the DMV exhibit, as well as Waverly Gallery, Chesapeake Arts Center, and the UMBC Art Gallery, among others.
Lucinda is also the author of the full-length poetry collection, Inheritance Of Aging Self (Finishing Line Press,2021) and is available for purchase from Finishing Line Press, Barnes and Noble, and Amazon.
